Where Do These Black Haired Irish People Pass Other than Ireland?

As a whole I feel like darker Irish folks don't fit that well as south European. I can't get too specific about the country because I'm really not sure but I would put this group in western Europe for sure. I can see the men in the second and also last photo passing in SW Europe. I will say I think of boxer Katie Tylor as an Irish person that passes in East Europe, but not south. I find her look fascinating.

My opinion is that they fit more or less in the Atlantid spectrum of phenotypes that does exist in those countries. They wouldn’t be taken as foreigners for the most part or as exotic types.
