You have forgotten her. She's from Western Ireland, her very pale skin, black hair and her deep piercing blue eyes will make her stand out anywhere. She looks like the "Irish stereotype". Although the vast majority of Irish people are not even black - haired.

Darker Irish folks do not fit in Southern Europe. I don't even know why people spend time linking them to Southern Euros. Once in a while, one might but it's far from being common. They are on average too pale and too light - eyed, to be even Central Euros, let alone Southern Euros.

These people are distinctively NW euro. They do not fit as avg in southern Europe, but could individually as a rarer type.

Most of them would be at home in France. The contrast between pale skin, dark hair and light eyes of some is amazing.
