How do Corfiots compare to other Greeks?

I do not agree with the first option. Because Greeks from those regions are not similar to the Balkans. It's highly overrated. On the contrary though, they have their own look. You will not find many Epirots or Thessalians looking like Bulgarians or Serbs. And I consider them Balkan. There are some slight differences though between them and the South Greeks, but I find it too simplistic to ascribe it to Slavs. South Greeks have more Minoan(-like) influence I think. As do South Italians.
