7/10. I think she was very beautiful and sexy in the 90s and has aged quite well. She has a lovely complexion, but seems a bit olive-toned (not that that is a bad thing). Her ancestry is apparently German and French?

While literally no one can speak to why Charlie Sheen has said any of the demented things he's said, I do think I've heard that she had a biracial grandparent. I can't find proof of it though. Almost all of her traceable ancestors are German and Irish.

I think the African ancestry was a rumor, she looks fully European to me.
