All manner of things "mess with someone's head." What is so exceptional about the black experience? They had it just as bad, if not worse, in Africa. Are you going to take this up with the governments of the West African nations who sold their fellow blacks into slavery? Better yet, what about all the Nigerians murdered by Boko Haram?
