Which would you say is whiter: a country that's 50% White 50% Castizo, or 65% White 35% Chinese?

A half castizo country would have a hispanic feel to it, would seem very latino. Asians don't make much noise and mostly keep to themselves, so the media and culture would seem a lot whiter. Living standards would also be 'whiter' less crime and corruption etc.
