Which would you say is whiter: a country that's 50% White 50% Castizo, or 65% White 35% Chinese?

IMO a country that is 50% White 50% Castizo is overall still whiter than one that is 65% White 35% Chinese, since Castizos are themselves overwhelmingly European and many are barely if at all distinguishable from Europeans. Nevertheless, I am interested as to what others think.
