Serbs started the war in Slovenia

That was a conflict started by the SFRY government hardly a government that represented Serbia.

Serbs started the war in Croatia

A conflict that started when Croats tried to crack down on Serbian population.

Serbs started the war in Bosnia

A conflict that was started by Muslims wanting to create their own Muslim state by expelling Serbs and Croats out of Bosnia. Croats also wanted Herzegovina for Greater Croatia. The Serbs had no choice but to pursue this war aggressively or be killed by Muslims and that's where Mladic comes in.
