Classify French "Gilet Jaunes"

As you might have heard, in France the government of Emmanuel Macron is facing a huge protest movement called les Gilets jaunes ("the yellow vests").
Some spokespersons have emerged of it since the beginning. Here are 3 of them.

First is Maxime Nicolle, from Brittany but his surname is typically Norman.
Second is Ingrid Levavasseur, from Normandy, with typical Norman surname.
Third and is Benjamin Cauchy, from Southern France but his surname is typical of Nord - Pas de Calais (very north of France).
