I think countries like Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and southern Brazil are more full western. The rest of Latin America is mostly Western, but with some Amerindian and/or native influences, depending on the country.

In Paraguay, Spanish is also widely spoken, and they don't live in tribes, but in towns and cities with a western standard of life. Is mostly christian, and its judicial system is based on Roman Law, like in any western country. I think its non-westerness is over exaggerated.

Israel, on the other hand is ruled by Jews who are enemies of the western world, with their double standards in which they want an ethno state for themselves, while they want to impose multiculturalism to full or mostly Euro descent western countries.

Then, I think Paraguay is more Western.

Colombia and Israel have a very close military relationship, but that is based more on expediency than any real affinity. Btw, Chavez used to slag Colombia off for it and was very anti-Israel in general.
