Rihanna looks more SSA influenced, she looks kind of mixed as well though.

Beyonce is a reverse quadroon via her mother's side, her mother is half French.

Her mother is a mix of African, Native American and French, while her father is fully African American. Beyoncé might have a very tiny percentage of Euro ancestry and she self-identifies as black.

I was just going by OP parameters ("who looks")

Their hair isn't their own hair.

They're both well-known for wearing wigs on their heads, like Michael Jackson, Naomi Campbell (one day her hair is short... and the next day her hair is extremely long... because it's not her real hair,) and Tyra Banks, etc.

A lot of black females and biracial females wear straight hair wigs on their heads in London.

You can see black hair shops all over east and south London specifically for black females - that are full of skin bleaching products and wigs, wigs, wigs, hair extensions, etc. As you walk past the windows of those black hair shops... all you see is wigs on display.

Beyonce's numerous custom designed wigs reportedly costs thousands of dollars to make, because they contain real human hair. She pays a lot of money for her blonde straight hair wigs.

Their natural and real hair is afro hair.

Girls in eastern nations are religiously forced to give-up their egos by sacrificing their hair. Their hair is cut, treated, coloured and sold in western nations to wealthy celebs with big egos such as Britney Spears, Beyonce, Cheryl Cole, Ariana Grande, etc, as real human hair extensions.

A lot of celebs are known for wearing hair extensions that are either glued or carefully sewn into their natural hair, in order to thicken the appearance of their hair, or to make their hair appear more lustrous and longer. Styling products damage the hair, so they pay their hair colourists and hair stylists to sew extensions into their hair.... which eventually damages the scalp. Other celebs wear wigs (either glue-on wigs or lace-fronted wigs) on their heads to give the illusion of silky textured hair.

Hair extensions and wigs made from real human hair looks more authentic and realistic than wigs and hair extensions made from synthetic materials, which are much cheaper and are frequently worn by black and biracial females.

A lot of celebs have had surgery, teeth bleaching, wear a lot of airbrushed make-up applied by professional make-up artists, wear fake hair pieces applied to their heads by top hair stylists, wear fake eyelash extensions, fake nails, etc. Their photos are taken by professional photographers and professional lighting assistants, before any imperfections are covered over with photoshop editing before the pictures are published.

Some Mulattos can look like her, if someone told me she was exactly 50/50 I would believe them.

You're right, most African American women wear wigs.
