Pigmentation of Austrians

Does anyone have Schimmer's report of hair, eye and skin color of Austria (1884)?

It's officially called

Schimmer, Gustav Adolf

I've googled it and it doesn't seem to be available anywhere online.

Eye colour of Austrian parliament, no distinction of ethnicity (includes non-ethnic Austrians).

275 parliamentarians had images:

blue/gray-blue 117 or 42,5%
gray/light green 43 or 15,6%
mixed mostly light 27 or 9,8%
mixed mostly dark 47 or 17,1%
brown 41 or 14,1%

Overall 58,1% pure light eyes, 67,9% if you include mostly light ones. The latter number fits well with numbers from Virchow of Germany which hover around two thirds at the Austrian border: https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...yes-(very-old). It appears Austria is only a few percent darker eyed than Germany.
