The Prespa agreement is clear, ancient Macedonian history was Hellenic and as such it is accepted from both sides.
On other side we got a name that has "Macedonia" in it but still it makes it clear that there is Greek Macedonia and our Macedonia.
And of course our ethnicity as ethnic Macedonians that should not be confused with the ancient Macedonians that were essentially Hellenes.

So no we can't do the same, cause we are Puppet States.

Russia, India, China are only exception, but they are basically in state of War with NATO as of today thought proxy nations.

Even if that's humiliating, at least we have peace. If we were independent, entire Balkan would be at war.

    Alexandros
It is indirectly connected to Prespa Agreement because that agreement was mediated by foreign powers influence I explained in that post.

this is the issue my friend... you are ethnic Northmacedonians at best according to the agreement.
what are the natives of Greek Makedonia then?
Ancient Makedonia is Hellenic but current North Greek population sure isn't Ancient

Why is a muslim clown with an identity crisis bothered about this.
He is neither a citizen of any of the countries who signed the agreement nor an ethnic Macedonian or Greek.

No major loser in this deal. But the winner is North Macedonia. They still get to officially go by just Macedonian according to the agreement, and have settled a massive geopolitical issue for them which blocked them from significant development towards the west.

The only thing Greeks "won" out of this is that it's called North Macedonia now, but that barely makes a difference since "Macedonia" is still in the name, and they just kind of got a boost in their idea of their homeland being divided.

    Wrong.

"The country’s foreign ministry says that the official language is the Macedonian language and the country codes are MK and MKD, as they were before. The adjective Macedonian is to be used when relating to “ethnic and cultural identity of the people, our language, history, culture, heritage, territory and other attributes.”

my bad... and people say Greece didn't lose shit
a Greek citizen will never accept a term like ethnic Makedonian that is clear as day no matter what politicians agree to.

My friend, I think it is clear by the agreement that we are Macedonians from North Macedonia who are not Greek by descent while those in Greece are Macedonians from Greek Macedonia, full Greeks and claimers of the ancient Macedonian history.
I don't know what's so unaccceptable in this agreement for some Greeks.
By the way, your own PM said it clearly when he mentioned Mirka Ginova or Irini Gini, when he addressed the Greek communist party bc it didn't want to accept the agreement.
Basically what Tsipras did is that he opened a door for the pro-Greek influence in my country.
The Greek influence will return and will be big in both investments and secret service.
This will be beneficial for Greece having an ally and also preventing big Albania right on its door.
