wearing a nazi-inspired uniform, a nazi armband or anything nazi is punished in romania, i mean if you go public, but i have no idea of the law when it comes to your property, so just having it as a collection or something, or going to Halloween like that

the mayor of the city of Constanta in Romania went public dressed like this, with his son, and as far as i know he was only scolded by the media and some groups against antisemitism. it was a fashion evening not related in any way with military stuff and it had an immediate impact... it is also known that he keeps his answering machine on the cellphone in german and doesn't allow gypsies to enter the city hall. in romania you can go to jail from six months to five years for displaying any nazi symbol in a non-artistic event

I can do anything with my property, and if the govt. tries to stop me then I will sue the country. I keep a "Deport all muslims" bumper sticker on my car, and fly the American flag. And those communist crooks up in Washington can't do nothing about it.

when it comes only to symbols i find it a stupidity... you can't compare a neo-nazi that has literature and stuff with a collector who only has it for aesthetic or hobby reasons, with nothing to do with the ideology
