Are Romanian women most beautiful in Europe.

Romanian women are in the top 3 IMO along Spanish and Swedish.

To the main topic, no, definitely not since I'm not intersted in most of their types.
IMHO the top tier countries are russia and baltic states, then its scandinavia(mainly sweden and norway) ukraine(I agree they are overrated) and central european countries(girl in your first photo can pass as central european). Southern med girls normally not my taste, but I agree they are very attractive as well.
Romanians look too exotic to me

No, I meant that there is little phenotypical diversity in Russia and most of them look similar. Romania has much greater diversity. But Russians are among the hottest.
Balts aren't ugly but not that stunning either.

Some are beautiful and some are not. I know one romanian woman who is very ugly. But I dont know many romanians.

I rank them very high but the nod goes to Ukraine imo. Russia is certainly up there too.

I also think Romanian and Bulgarian women are relatively more feminine looking compared to women in the ex Yugo nations.
