West Siberian HG/ANE admixture was in India much before any Aryan invasion so finding some basal R1a clades there in modern and ancient samples is to be expected. Now, Z93 was surely introduced by Indo-Aryans.

As I know,only some BMAC remains have West Siberian admix,also some BMAC individuals have steppe ancestry.This is not a secret that trade and mixing with northern people at BMAC culture.

If you have some Indus results with siberian ancestry,please share.

There is research based on the motifs that says There is a wave of old R1a R1b 10k yrs back & then later during MLBA time there was bigger wave of R1a. Even now the older R1a is found in tribals & R1b in some castes/tribals.
