"Usually". The Germans had one such occasion. The Russians and Chinese having had one extremely long history of that sort. As for the Americans ? Let's not go there.

Cause they are aware of the fact that they currently would be stopped.

If they were stupid they would be bo threat, they build up their army and keep building bases on islands that are officially part of neighboring countries.

here are a few samples 4 years ago... destroyer ships,fighter planes has already landed. they used to put missiles in those islands as well.
