I have seen many people here with Amerindian component, very low but is there.! Where is that coming from?

The Amerindians have Ancient North Eurasian admixture, that's different from the East Asians. But 1 and sometimes even 2% on GEDmatch might as well be noise or some misread stuff.

Yes, that's a different method. It's like an oracle too, it models you as a mix of various populations and gives you the closest possible distance.
