In case mother's life is in danger - yes. But I really don't know how that could happen. Maybe if baby is already dead because of some disease.

It is legal already in all stages when the mothers life is in danger, late term abortion as passed in NYC allows it without any reason to be delivered.

Not after 24 weeks no. I have a difficult time with abortion as I do think it is a very personal choice. I'm very fortunate I was never in a position to have had to make such a choice. I think after 24 weeks though is much too late to terminate.

But now I think about cases eg. of rape when victim was not in position to request it before. I don't know what to think for such case...
