It seems you are misunderstanding the nuance of what has happened. I am saying that there was a low chance for agriculture to start in Africa(due to the climate being too hot and not temperate like other areas) and also not much chance of it spreading either(as a result of the Sahara desert). Both factors are reasons why there was no agriculture prior to late contact with outsiders.

No the climate is excellent for farming and agriculture in SSA. That is why the Dutch and the whites in zimbabwe did do well. What you are really saying is that the blacks were so dumb they needed others to help them and because they had no access to whites or the silk road they remained dumb.

South Africa/Zimbabwe/Angola/Botswana has some of the best landscapes for civilisation with Mediterranean climate, ample farmland, few deserts, large lakes, rivers ocean access, lots of animals, plants etc.

The high plateaus of Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania are milder than most of the USA is in the summer. Nairobi or Addis Ababa have less extreme temperatures than even Western Europe.

As you can see most of Africa that's not a desert is really good for living. A good climate with tons of sun, tons of water and incredibly biodiversity.

Some parts of Africa has a poor climate for agriculture as it is in the tropics and faces monsoons. On top of that they don't have winters. Which ironically may be the reason for their low IQ, since winters put a darwinistic pressure on people not smart enough to plan for the future.

Even the Fertile Crescent which had shown youthful optimism and wasn't isolated to Africa fucking failed in comparison to people living in a Tundra half the year. If anything, harsh geography only expands intelligence and problem solving. They also tend to eat more fish, which contain Omega 3's excellent for brain development, especially when you're talking about long term evolution.

The simple fact that our poor, frozen countries in Northern Europe with very few resources had the best ships over a period of hundreds of years is nothing short of amazing. You never saw the Romans travelling by sea from the northern tip of Europe into Africa, the Middle East and North America.

Also Africa had empires and so forth on their own and due to Arabic influence. Ethiopia had civilisation and during its Kingdom of Aksum days it was considered one of the four trading powers in the world as noted by the Romans.

The Horn of Africa is part of the same climate region as North Africa in contrast to the tropical climate where Bantus evolved. Arid geography + gene flow with desert people vs. tropical climate + gene flow with SSA, yields different populations.
