If we ignore his very light pigmentation (lighter than average ofc), his facial features are not very common here. Looks unique.

I've never been to the Balkans myself, but I suppose the shape of the nose and skull gave me that feeling. Is he just an anomaly of Europeans looks? I'm not sure where else he could pass.
