I think that Norwegian and Finnish Saami are more mixed with Norwegians/Finns. I've read that the Swedish Saami are the most Mongoloid. But there are also degrees. I believe that the Swedish user Mazik had a grandfather who was a South Saami and his grandfather did not score more Siberian than do Finns (5-6%).

Ingman and Gyllensten (2007) included data about the mtDNA haplogroups of Saami from Västerbotten, divided into those who practiced a traditional lifestyle and those who didn't. Particularly those who didn't practice a traditional lifestyle seem mixed. Southern Saami and Ume Saami live in Västerbotten, and Pite Saami and Lule Saami live in Norrbotten.

Uzbeks and central asians in general have a large proportion of genetic admixture in common with Europeans, around 30%, and are very heterogeneous from town to town.
Maybe I should phrase it to "phenotype does not always equal genotype". You are indeed correct, but there are certain exceptions such as many Kazakhs/Kyrgyzs who look pure Mongoloid despite having somewhere from 25-40% Caucasoid admixture on average. Or how some Latin American Harnizos can look like any other South Euro despite having around 30-40% Native American admixture.

Central Asians are indeed very varied and it has to do with their genetic compositions.

I think you are right. I guess it shows how weak Mongoloid genes can be. Another example is this Saami man from Norway. He is around 21-22% East Eurasian but looks fully Euro. He doesn't seem to have recent Norwegian ancestry either so his White looks must be a look that is already found among pure Saamis.
