This wasn't happening in Yugoslavia, we can clearly see that Serbia regressed most economically from 1989.

Zagreb where I live has GDP per capita on same level like Spain. Dalmatia has always been poorer part of country, in fact, it's now better than ever compared to where they were.

Yeah this is true. Zagreb, north-wetern croatia and western croatia have allways been more wealthy than Dalmatia, who was the poorest region in KuK monarchy, than poor in both Yugoslavias. This time we live in now is definitely the best time for Dalmatia ever in history.
It is Dalmatian HDZ wich rules Zagreb and whole Croatia.

Nah, I'm dealing with facts.

This chart shows Croatia as only country with negative growth in EE, and weakest growth overall.
In early 2000s, even after war which completely devastated economy and infrastructure, it was more developed than Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia. Lithuania and Slovakia.

Now all these countries are more developed than Croatia with exception of Bulgaria (Romania is on par), and main reason for that is mid-2000s EU membership.

Your country Romania profited greatly from this membership, and you entered it earlier for political reasons, even if you were lesser developed.
So what's your issue mate ?

2m gypsies means more than 10% gypsies in Romania. That's fantasy, it never happened, and most likely never will.
