Should Europe and North America give Middle Eastern Christians priority over the Muslims when it comes to immigration permits? Or should there be no religious test for governmental action?

The cultural differences are not insignificant. Non-Muslim immigrants from Middle Eastern countries are subject to more discrimination in their home countries.
I believe it would be prudent to let Western governments discriminate on the basis of religious identity (not necessarily by faith).

If I were the president of the United States, I would declare my unequivocal support for the Christian communities of the Islamic world.

Do you think such a policy could be enacted in the West, or is it too politically incorrect for current sensibilities?

If I were the president of the United States, I would limit immigration to only the following countries of West Asia:

Armenia
Georgia
Israel

As for refugees, Christians and Jews should be given priority over Muslims for people fleeing persecution from Islamists and terrorism.

Preferably, there should be zero immigration of Muslims into the West, with the possible exceptions of Albania and Bosnia & Hercegovina.

And in East Asia, I would limit legal immigration to only

China
Japan
Korea (North and South).

Of course. Muslim immigration should be banned completely. Honestly anyone who willingly invites muslims into their country can't be completely sane.

If Armenia were not developed under the Soviet Union, our country would at this point be a 3rd world country.

1st world = USA, Canada, Europe, Israel, Japan etc.
2nd world = Former communist countries
3rd world = every other country

Communism developed our country into a 2nd world nation. And for that you should be thankful to Russia and the Soviets.
