you are obviously too much of an idiot, our school education is extremely fucked up because Mexico doesn't invest heavily in EDUCATION, how are inventors suppose to be discovered when many of them do not have the proper money for a good education? Or they dont have the support of their family or even teachers?

I don't know mexicos economy very well. But is there a large income disparity or inequality. Probably means the richer are going to good private schools ect and thats why they still end up having good engineers.

three, like I mentioned before, engineering is the toughest career in the world, thus not everyone will want to take that career and many tend to fail or switch careers later on

engineering is just not found in private schools, so that would not make any sense

the percentage of elites and the percentages of graduates in Mexico are not the same at all, there are more graduates than elites in the nation
i also went to Mexico for a semester and most were not elite at all but middle class
and yes there are different engineering paths but in general, engineering is considered the most difficult career in the world
