I went to a casino once but I didn't do anything, just watched my friends how they play.

But in the past I unfortunately loved using slot machines. Slot machines are banned in Hungary but whenever I went to other countries I would spend some time in bars using them. I have never really won a huge amount of money, something like 15 Euros / US Dollars.

I buy lotto tickets sometimes but not often. Usually like 6 bucks for 3 plays. I like the Casino atmosphere kinda but I am not a gambler.

Lottery is a tax on the poor. Poor hillbillies from Alabama don't have a good enough math education to feel it in their bones that playing the lottery is mentally retarded. There was only 1 or 2 occassions where you could beat the lottery system mathematically because the state messed up and it was not in your state and only people such as math whiz kids from MIT figured it out and got rich in the process.

Don't feel bad because the same kind of thing can be said of people who play the slot machines without hacking it's pseudo-random number generator or random number generator or reverse engineering the machine etc...

I went to Las Vegas once and there were casinos pretty much everywhere. Actually every hotel is a casino. You even get to play in the arrival hall at the airport.

It was in may, just before the summer period, it was full of middle aged addicts, mostly coming from the USA. Tourists were a rather rare commodity.

I stayed at the Mandalay Bay hotel, the one with the mass shooter. They wouldn't tell me his room as I wanted to visit it. :/

Generally speaking, the casinos as well as the whole town were noisy, hot, flashy, time-confusing and mind-exhausting. It's much more enjoyable to play on the site from the comfort of your own home. I remember at one point, there was a woman in bikini, rather good looking, dancing on a pole at 3am on one of the tables while the casino hall was nearly empty. I thought it was disturbingly sad.

I didn't gamble because it seemed like a sinister experience then. Instead, I went to the sharks aquarium: I paid $15 to see micro sharks swimming in the middle of the desert. It was rather refreshing.

I'd probably go again, just so to laugh my arse off at the game-addicts.

I've never been to a casino. I sometimes get spam emails from a casino here in Miami called "Casino Miami". I don't know how they got my email address. I don't want to go to a casino.
