If your fry your vegetables, I think it will become bad to your healthy.
It's stir frying, pretty much just "refogado" to the point where it's cooked but not totally doused in oil, but remember I recommed it as a way to get you started eating more vegetables, they're an acquired taste, once you get used to them they seemingly become more palatable, then once you're comfortable with your greens, you can start to eat more fresh salad with raw ingredients.

Agree . I wonder how many today's city person could milk a cow .... LOL.

Kyyttö cow ... small, no horns, very sweet, healthy in Finland's climate ... original old breed ... no needs for antibiotics (=> better/healthier milk/cheese).
Good for small scale organic farming, not good for huge production plants as some other foreigner heavily bred cows produces more milk).

Not the same as the Dutch cows? If more milk is produced, milk has more water.

Nope. It is very old cow breed in Finland. Very healthy, but it almost disappeared between 50's to 70's as heavily bred bigger foreigner cows breeds arrived.
