Turkish girls and Asian girls are synonymous. What you mean, OP, are East Asian Sinic looking women. Asia is far more than far east nations like China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, etc....

Some Turkish girls look a bit more eastern than others, who look more European. They are both Turkish and Turkic.

For me , Turkish girls are generally more attractive , but some Asian girls can be very attractive ...eg I got some Korean food a few days back and the girl who served me was hot.

I only say Turkish, because I tend to like Caucasoid features on women, as well as some meat on their bones, however if I'm being real here, I'd probably date an Asian before a Turk, not only because of the religious & political issues I'd have, but also the fact that Asian women tend to be smarter, & I like pale skin in women as well
