I left a scathing criticism there because I think they are getting their facts wrong. Quoting myself:

You showed the Port of Rotterdam on the map (location) and I decided to check up on it: they can't buy the port of Rotterdam for the simple reason that the Port of Rotterdam Authority (Havenbedrijf Rotterdam) is entirely owned by public institutions and is divided up, in ownership, between the City of Rotterdam and the Dutch State. Same goes for Amsterdam (City of Amsterdam and the Dutch State). The same construction goes for the other Dutch ports so I am not quite sure where you get your figures but the veracity of this clip can thus be put into question.
The Chinese may invest in certain facilities, the port itself is not in Chinese hands.

Wake up and smell the coffee.
