Feminism is only a part of the issue, actually it's not even real classic feminism. It's Satanism in general disguised as liberalism in the west.

It could be an attempt to deter copy cat crimes. What greater incentive for someone whose life is meaningless to commit a shocking crime to know millions of people will view their video over the years. The video is a progression of mass murderers making manifestos (both written and filmed) to video of the actual crime being committed.

I don't doubt that's at least part of the reason behind banning it. But I don't think it will have the desired effect. Even anonymous fame is alluring. Look at the Zodiac killer. We still don't know who he was, but he clearly enjoyed the attention he got. Banning videos, blurring photographs, leaving names out of journalistic reports - none of that will solve the mass killing phenomenon. Its roots are a bit deeper than a desire for infamy. And you'd have to not report on these crimes completely to neutralize even that.

The moment they can show the world they have grievances. I firmly believe the media should give only as much information about the shooters as necessary and not dwell on their personal motives but rather focus on the victims themselves. If people want to delve deeper they certainly will be able to do so eventually. There are always books written about these people.

According to Edwards' daughter, there are many hints that would imply Edwards was the Zodiac Killer, such as his obsession with the well known serial killer. She has said that he would make his children watch news reports on the Zodiac Killer, and would exclaim "That's not how it happened!" during some of the reports

Yeah, you may be right. There is certainly such a thing as irresponsible reporting. But not reporting the shooter's name irks me. That's a crucial piece of information. You can give the details without sensationalizing. Or a normal person could, anyway; maybe the media can't.

There is more to it than just that. The Zodiac said to the surviving victim (who obviously he didn't think was going to survive) he had been in prison in Montana. Edwards had been in prison in Montana. Convicts do leather work in Deer Lodge Prison. Hence the outfit. He lived in the area. He fits the physical description. The taxi driver was killed a couple of blocks from his aunt's bar. Edwards' victims were typically couples in the same circumstances as that of the Zodiac's victims.

All circumstantial evidence but a lot more similarities than differences.
