Yeah black hair is rare to non existent in major English cities if anyone sees black hair they instantly think non white even if they’re ethnically English. They’re are more black haired English people in the countryside tho.

What do they count as blond hair? Only real blond hair or light brown hair?

It says in the the picture, some include light brown, some blond alone hence they vary so much. The 20% blonde in Scotland for example was just blonds, the anglo celtic aussie data was blonde + light brown. The data in the bottom left is self reported on older adults so less useful.

Overall this data is not good, so its worth letting the thread die.
