Which Turkic group has least Eastern Eurasian?

They are not Turkic and everyone knows that, they are Turkish speaking Caucasians+Pontic Greeks.

They consider themselves ethnic Turkish, don't they? That would make them Turkic. Turkic is a mainly linguistic term anyways.

They are not mixed with Turks at all, there are no historical Turkish settlements in those regions, and natives adopted Turkish very recently.
