Nevertheless when comparing Italians to many others Europeans, they have higher frequencies of black hair. In my sources, it is called «capelli neri», the average percentage for the country is 31.1%. I do not at all think that it is the bluish - black hue either. Countries in Southern Europe such as Portugal and Greece results on black hair show higher frequencies than in most other European countries but somewhat lower than that of Italy.
You are already a blonde phobic person, then why all of sudden you are denying the presence of black hair in Italy?
