Azerbaijani Ambassador stole 10 cans of caviar

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the United Arab Emirates Dashgyn Shikarov stole a gift from the Azerbaijani government intended for the ruler of Abu Dhabi Khalif ibn Zayed al-Nahayan.

As it has been learned from informed sources, they are talking about 10 jars of caviar.

Note that Dashgyn Shikarov is quite an experienced diplomat. Previously, he headed the diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He was appointed as the ambassador of Azerbaijan to the United Arab Emirates in January 2016.
