    I didn't watch the video but I think you might find that it is the local ISP's making this decision for all New Zealanders. I believe some Australian ISP's acted in a similar manner.

    I pointed this out in the ChCh thread on the 16th.
    Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.
