Is it a turtle dove?

It's from the same family. I've heard it called "ringed dove" in Britain many times but apparently its proper name is the "Eurasian collared dove". A grand name, befitting of such a beautiful animal.

turtle doves have that same ring but are gray, I love turtle doves got a huge flock that hangs around and I feed; also got some quail that a bobcat feeds on, I catch him sometimes in a field or this bridge with his kills, last time he had a squirrel or a snake I couldn't tell
