Cold smoked Atlantic halibut has been the best raw fish I have tasted so far, but for moral & ethical reasons ... I refuse to eat it.

Norwegians and swedes keep on illegally fishing on Dutch waters.

Yeah, although it was a little different to what was in the video. When I had it in the Netherlands, it was chopped up into small pieces and served with bread. I personally prefer the Swedish herring, but I would definitely eat the Dutch one again too.

It is a fish which should not be fished (anymore; anywhere). It is dying/disappearing thank's to humans (being already extremely endangered species).
Unfortunately for example Norwegians are still fishing it (today half of world's volumes comes from Norway).

We have a lot of popular sushi bars in the UK and I love sushi and sashimi (which is raw fish.) i've been eating raw sashimi fish for years. Japanese sashimi is popular in numerous countries across the globe, including the US, UK, etc. It's not just the Dutch who eat raw fish.
