If a state systematically discriminates against different ethnic, linguistic or religious groups living in the country, if it prevents them from having a say in the administration, that group can use the right of self-determination otherwise this right will not be used. (Also The United Nations recognizes that the territorial integrity of the states is ahead of the self-determination right.)
According to this definition, do Kurds really have self-determination right? Discuss.
