Seriously, though. Indian food is some of the best shit you'll ever experience. The great thing about it is even if it's not authentic Indian (i.e the Vindaloo I ate in Amsterdam that burned my tongue off) it's still bomb.

I think this was authentic because just an Indian man and his dad run the restaurant. Next time I will just order “medium” spicy because I had to drink so much water

Haha, that's part of the experience though. Thankfully, while I feel the burn I am immune to being affected by it. I once had a whole bowl of green peppers at the age of 6.

Indian and Ethiopian is the spiciest I've ever tried.
