Why Rio Grande do Sul? Paraná and Santa Catarina are similar. Medium cities are better, capitals have some problems.

Somewhat good, but clearly not first world level. Rio Grande do Sul is kind of bankrupt, Santa Catarina is richer, better and has more future.

Gaucho culture is greatest in Rio Grande do Sul, it is the coldest state in Brazil, but there are regions of higher altitude in SC and PR equally cold. An interesting region is the mountains.




The cities with the best rates are the medium cities +- 300K/hab this is in the north of paraná (best index) homicide rate 100K/5.6
