If you could go back in the time, what would you change about your life and previous decisions?

Many dumb things Ive done were just part of growing up and lessons learned.,,, and well, and then some.

I would have done some other sports early on than i practiced in my teen cause im more interested by them today (like racing).

Also a particular girl i met at a party in my 20's, i think she was perfect in every aspects when i think of it now, but i had a gf at the time and didn't take the leap of faith. I truely regret it.

I would've told myself that there's no such concept as the 'perfect' university, and would've hunkered down quite nearly anywhere to complete my undergraduate study.

Many things. But to name some: I would have been more assertive, I would have studied more in school times, I would become indepent in certain aspects of life at an earlier age,I wouldn't be drawed to ideologies/politics and alikes at my teenage years, which was a waste of time...

I would have eaten better and execised more as a teenager, also socialise more and make more friends. Very big regrets there. Maybe also take some drums or piano classes early in life.

1. leave Romania just after highschool and don't return

2. don't go to college as a 19yo, rethink desired career path and study something useful

3. work various jobs a few years before college so you understand what you want to do

4. live in various places in different geographies to understand where you want to settle

5. don't allow relationships lead your way in life but walk your own way and get into a serious relationship only once you can settle, once you are decided where you want to live, what to study, what to work

6. as a former heavy drinker, I would rule out alcohol entirely, except maybe one beer a day, but I would not go and do what I did, it was so stupid and I am still afraid it may have affected my health in ways I will find out later (hope not, but...)

7. don't befriend and don't spend so much time (huge amounts of time wasted with) most of the people I was hanging around with in my 20s

8. don't eat all the shit that I've eaten (at least 10 years straight of exclusively fast food, I didn't have any plates or forks at home as I was only eating fast food and packaged stuff)

I've made lots of bad decisions, but those bad decisions made me learn lots of important things.
If I was like 17-18 again I'd probably choose a different path. I'd try many different things while I am still a teenager / in my early 20s and settle for a career that I like instead of semi-randomly choosing a profession that "seems cool" from outside.

Yeah, learning some intruments and fights at an early age is something I perceive as ideal. I only did English classes, which was great.
