Which nationalities are the ones violenting the English language the most here?

I'd say some Latin American or Southern Euro nationalities. What I find striking in the case of Latinos is that even the ones living in USA (usually chicanos, but not all) have very bad English skills, some to the point of being almost illiterate. MENAs, curiously, seem to write in proper English and even outsmart Southern Euros.

Spanish, Italians and most Brazilians/Latin Americans (with a few exceptions) have a poor mastering of English.
Portuguese, Greeks, Eastern Europeans, Germans, Dutch and Scandinavians, based on what I see on this forum, speak/write better English.

The French. After the French would be Latinos followed by Southwest Euros and Germans. Most Asians/Africans (including MENAs) on TA don't live in their countries of origin, so they don't really count. Scandinavians more often than not are hard to tell apart from native English-speakers and are easily the best English-speakers outside the Anglosphere.

Both are present participles, but violenting denotes ''violence'' (it's the present participle of violence actually, and that's the meaning I wanted to ascribe to the sentence) and violate not necessarily so. Violate has the more general meaning of offending/opposing/infringing etc. You live in USA, you should have a better grasp of metaphors.

I've perceived Africans and Middle-Easterners usually have good skills when it comes to speak english. I guess it is because many of them live in Anglo-Speaking countries.

I just use english in this forum, where I live there is not even foreigner to talk with. Also, I've never been out of my own country, I think it is the case of most of our countrymen.
