In Madrid not many Bulgarians, but I know that around Pamplona lots of Bulgarians, Pomaks(muslims).
In Valencia most Bulgarians are Gypsies

No idea where they are concentrated. Not sure that most of them dont live in Madrid

Romanians live everywhere but in the province of Castellón (Comunidad Valenciana) they are a total plague.

Romanians and Bulgarians are the same people genetically. it's only historical context that made some learn Vlach and some learn (broken) Slavic. otherwise the native language of the region and of the people isn't any of the two, but something PaleoBalkan, maybe akin to Albanian
