Romanians. They have historically been good towards Serbs and Serbia and they have not stabbed us in the back in a time when everyone else has. Although the primary reason why I like them is because I love their language, culture and music.
However, I have no ill feelings towards Bulgarians, they just seem kinda alien to me. Like the one country in the Balkans that always slipped past my attention.

Probably Romanians in this case to be honest, but I have nothing against Bulgarians (also nothing against Hungarians in case if they think that I vote for Romania because they are enemies of Hungary - nope). Romanian-Polish relations have historically been okay.

Romanians.
There was no any war between Serbs and Romanians in history. On the other hand Serbs and Bulgarians have 1300 years of bloody history.
