I don't know of anyone who doesn't like the Dutch. Everyone loves the Dutch.

There's something quite noble and aristocratic about the Dutch. I also think that they're very orderly people.

Dutch and Danish are both very good at English. I knew a Danish dude he had zero accent when speaking English.

Norwegians, Swedes, and Finns too. I've watched numerous interviews with singers and musicians in bands from Norway, Sweden and Finland... and their spoken English is also excellent. The Dutch are the best non-native English speakers though (imo.)

Envious Belgians, but I'm not among them. Generally most of us like the Dutch actually.

Makes sense, they should be the best at English given the stark similarities it has to Dutch. Scandinavians are also up there.
