Compare the way young white girls dance now to how they danced 30-40 years ago, let alone 60 years ago. Well, I do not know. Maybe the goverment could ask for the ancestry of people. Each citzen does need to prove it background (via documents).

Honestly, I think the west (EU and US) already is done. The better option would be infect Africa with that liberal shit. Just teach africans about feminism, human rights, minority's rights, then africans will be so dumb and degenerate like the west. Because the racism is not bad enough physically is it? Minorities are not getting physically attacked in Britain, Germany etc. Also they have better economic opportunities.
