Not all.. but some definetely. The migrant groups themselves are also far from cohesive with lot of mutual dislikes between the various groups (and due to provincial backgrounds in the home country and individual social standing: also between co-ethnics in migrant groups). To be blunt: when the old generaties dies out and the second generation follows them to the grave will we get to see the real impact. Until now, the numbers are schewed at best.

I actually we should something different altogether: pester the remaining groups of trouble-makers into leaving. They have foreign passports too. One should pass a law indicating that those with foreign passports (and holding on to them) cannot retain their Dutch citizenship, vote and collect welfare. And since 90 percent of that group also has a criminal record: extend it to criminal foreigners as well.

Try to assimilate them by even acting against their own culture to make it more adaptable for foreigners with 0 positive results.

Exactly. So pester them: the cream rises to the top and wins, the scum will end up running with the tail between their legs. You could even try to goad them into inter-etnic hatreds: when you refer to one group (the winners - particularly those who assimilate and marry local) as "Nederlanders van Turkse afkomst" and the others as "allochtonen" (migrants - the word allochtoon has, according to the Left, a word with an exclusionary load (good !), a stigma to being called an "allochtoon" will bear heavily on the group of troublemakers which will then be considered freeloaders and parasites by those who have been succesful, and the succesful group might even start telling them in no uncertain terms that "your actions are making things worse for the rest of us, so why don't you fuck off back to Turkey ?"

That way, the native Dutch stay out of the wind and allow this to escalate into a class war - with the Left being hated by the assimilated migrants ("those are the twats that protect criminals and parasites and every vote for them means more of those bastards !") as well.

In fact, we should make it so that there are collective assistance organisations in place which offer assistance to the "winners" so they can get rid of their Turkish (or Moroccan etc) passports. Maybe even demonstrably - by ripping them in two in front of the embassy (fuel a hatred against the governments there as well).

Expulsions have happened many times in European history, including in the last century. Discriminating racially to incentivise native births would be just as 'illegal', and how are you going to achieve that in a multiracial liberal democracy anyway? I hate this cowering attitude that anything that could lead to conflict is unthinkable, that will be the death of European peoples.

Even the ability to close the borders seems pie in the sky at this point for Western European countries, so why not dream big.
