You should've seen a the look on the face of this Puerto Rican girl that I was out with when she started talking to this tourist from Chile and the lady looked at her dead in the eye and said "Your Spanish is good for a Puerto Rican", I didn't even bother talking to the bitch. They're caught between two spheres and as I said to you a Puerto Rican moving to Jersey doesn't experience the same fear of being deported as some Colombian or Slavadoran to equate the experiences of the three or their relation to us, is at best disingenuous not mention insensitive. Look up some Puerto Rican currency, passports, millitary, even their State university was American founded.
