Not techno. Chemical Brothers used to make big beat, but I don't even know what that song is supposed to be. You're like one of the female members who think that anything EDM is techno (in the original pre-2010s sense of the term EDM).

James, although it is possible that it was produced by Mike Dred alone or in cooperation with James. The album was pressed in a limited edition of 1,000 12" vinyl copies. Side A has etched on it "Made at Lannerlog". Lannerlog Studios was Aphex Twin's nickname for recording in his bedroom at his parents' house.
