Why do Albanians love guns so much?

Whenever there is some kind of celebration, local Bosnians of Albanian origin come out and fire their guns.

I remember when I was younger, old Albanian came to me and offered me guns to fire in the sky.... (on a gregorian new years eve)

I have also heard Albanians claim Serbian women love Albanian dudes but I always passed it off as the usual 'your women love us'' gibberish. I doubt liking someone has much to do with ethnicity.
